I’ve been frustrated with myself lately. I am becoming more aware of my weakness of willpower. I fall prey to simple indulgences to the point of regret. Overeating is one example, where I go unconscious and consume food like an addiction. My choice of food is poor in quality (fast food) and my consumption of it is growing.

I’ve been working on purging this weakness by strengthening my will. Using physical exercise as a way of exhausting the body’s control over the mind, this has been a new approach for me. I’ll update how it goes.
